At Alder Jewellers Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewellery in its original Alder Jewellers box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Paris

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
